It is a difficult path for expert hikers, EE. The first distance of the path leads to the waterfall of Val de Gru and the stream Vertova, from that point on start going up using rocky paths until the ford of the stream Gru and then the church of St Salvatore (XVII).
Here the path 516 crosses path 524 and start a more regular pavement until the Forca d’Aviatico, continuing you can arrive until Mount Proieto or Mount Suchello.
